What This Policy Covers

This policy covers the bacchus-erp.com marketing website only — the pages you can browse without logging in, including this one, the contact form, the affiliate application form, and the free leak-audit calculator. It does not cover the client-facing reserves portal or admin application used by an operating Bacchus ERP deployment, which is governed separately by the terms agreed with that deployment’s operator.

Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly. If you submit the contact form or the free leak-audit form, that’s your name, email address, and any message, files, or figures you choose to include. If you submit the affiliate application form, that’s your name, email address, company or site name, website address if you give one, and the note you write about how you would promote Bacchus ERP. If you email us directly at contact@bacchus-erp.com, it’s whatever your email itself contains. We do not ask for or collect payment details, national identifiers, or any special-category data through this website.

How Form Submissions Are Handled

This site’s forms are processed by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider’s form-handling service, and delivered to us by email. Netlify processes that data on our behalf as a data processor. No contact, leak-audit or affiliate application request is answered by an automated system — a real person reads and responds to every submission.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect or store any personally identifiable information about visitors. Plausible does not track you across other websites, and no cross-site advertising identifier is set by this site.

How Long We Keep It

We keep contact-form, leak-audit and affiliate-application submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry or application and for our own records of that correspondence, and delete or anonymise them when there is no longer a reason to keep them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@bacchus-erp.com. We will respond directly.
