Scope of These Terms

These terms govern your use of the bacchus-erp.com marketing website — browsing its pages, submitting the contact or leak-audit forms, and using the leak calculator and duty/VAT preview tools on it. Use of a live Bacchus ERP deployment (the admin application or a client reserves portal) is governed separately by the agreement in place for that deployment, not by these website terms.

Illustrative and Preview Tools

The duty & VAT preview calculator, market-intelligence chart, and leak calculator on this site are illustrative tools for exploring how the platform’s calculations work. They compute figures from the inputs you provide or from sample data, and nothing you enter into them is posted to any ledger, submitted anywhere, or treated as a binding order, filing, or financial record.

The Contact and Leak-Audit Forms

Submitting the contact form or leak-audit form sends your details and any files you attach to us by email for a real person to follow up on. It is not connected to an automated booking or fulfilment system, and submitting it does not create any contract between you and us.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, to submit unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive content through its forms, or to interfere with the site’s normal operation.

Intellectual Property

The text, design, and code of this website belong to Bacchus ERP or its licensors. You may view and share pages of this site for your own evaluation of the product; you may not copy, republish, or resell its content without our permission.

No Warranty on Website Content

We describe the platform’s capabilities as accurately as we can, and distinguish clearly on Integrations between what is live today and what is still being built out. This website is nonetheless provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind as to its content, and it is not itself the product — the actual capabilities, terms, and any service levels of a live deployment are set out in the separate agreement covering that deployment.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change when we do.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
